• 1. How do I make payments?
    • We process transactions through PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express credit cards.
  • 2. How do I cancel my orders before I make a payment?
    • On PayPal checkout, there’s an option to ‘Cancel and return to website’. Just click on that button if you would like to cancel your order. If your order has already been placed you can email us on our contact page to cancel the order within 4hrs of ordering.
  • 3. How do you ship orders and how much is the shipping fee?
    • Recliner Bitz ships via Australia Post starting at $5.00 shipping fee for standard post.
  • 4. How long will it take for my order to arrive after I make payment?
    • It takes approximately 2-3 business days with express post and approximately 5-7 business days for standard post after order has been processed.International post is varied depending on the destination.
  • 5. How can I track my orders?
    • On most orders we provide you with a tracking number after checkout. You can then track your order on the Australia Post website.
  • 6. What happens if the item I ordered got damaged during shipping or if the item got lost in transit?
    • At Recliner Bitz, we want to ensure customer satisfaction. If items are lost or damaged during transit, just contact us using the details available on our website and we’ll gladly ship you a replacement.
  • 7. What is your item return policy?
    • Within 10 days from date of purchase, you may return the item you’ve ordered if it is defective, damaged, has missing parts or not what you wanted. Just send the item to our Returns Department using the Return Label and we’ll send you a replacement or refund minus postage.
