It comes completely assembled and ready to install. It has a 5 pin handset plug which is situated at the motor housing end. Installation is via the actuator mounting holes that fasten to the mechanism frame and secured in place with the clevis pin.
This is a standard actuator found in single motor lift chairs and can be used with a 2 button control handset.
